Other than harvesting one, you can also get a single Sugar Lump from clicking a Golden Cookie with the Sweet effect (an exceedingly rare outcome that has a 1 in 5000 chance of occurring) or by harvesting a Juicy Queenbeet (an extremely rare garden plant that requires a lot of trial and error to find). Once a Sugar Lump is harvested, another one will begin growing immediately in its place. (Reloading the tab without saving can give you another attempt at harvesting it).
